Agreement: By downloading, installing, or using instaWho Unfollowers ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and instaWho Unfollowers ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our App, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
- You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet the minimum age requirement
- You have not been previously banned from our services
- Your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You have a valid Instagram account that you own or are authorized to access
3. Service Description
instaWho Unfollowers provides Instagram analytics and follower tracking services, including:
- Tracking followers and unfollowers
- Viewing stories (through your authenticated session)
- Profile analytics and insights
- Engagement tracking
Important Notice: This App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. Account and Security
4.1 Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You must provide accurate and complete information
4.2 Instagram Authentication
- You authorize us to access your Instagram data through your authenticated session
- We do NOT store your Instagram password
- You can revoke access at any time by logging out
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Acceptable uses include:
- Personal, non-commercial follower tracking
- Viewing your own analytics and insights
- Managing your Instagram engagement
6. Prohibited Activities
Violations may result in immediate termination.
You agree NOT to:
- Automation: Use bots, scripts, or automated tools with the App
- Abuse: Harass, stalk, or harm other users
- Spam: Send unsolicited messages or engage in spamming
- Hacking: Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the App
- Commercial Use: Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Illegal Activity: Use the App for any illegal or harmful activities
- Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity
- Data Scraping: Scrape or collect data from other users
- Circumvention: Bypass any security measures or access controls
- Malware: Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Terms Violation: Violate Instagram's Terms of Service
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:
- App design and user interface
- Logos, graphics, and visual elements
- Software code and algorithms
- Documentation and content
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 Your Content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)
- We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- We are not liable for actions taken by Instagram or other third parties
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless instaWho Unfollowers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your use at any time by:
- Uninstalling the App
- Logging out and clearing your data
- Requesting account deletion via email
12.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in prohibited activities
- Required by law or legal process
- We discontinue the service
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
13.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.3 Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
14. Changes to Terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. General Provisions

- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
- Language: These Terms are written in English. Translations are for convenience only.
